1.Cut and hem:cut,and hem according to
the actual size on site before installation.
2.Bottom grooving:the wall using the base plate bottom,the top surface using light
steel keel bottom,grooving in the
corresponding fold position,so as to install.
3.Installation:Fix the water corrugated
plate with folded edges on the bottom,
plate with structural glue;The Seam joining together
4.Reinforcement;After,the top surface is
installed,the stick should be supported
and streengthened,and the stick should be removed after the glue is cured.
INSTALLATION:
Installation of components: Apply structural adhesive evenly on the back of
the string components and stick it onto the wooden block. After pasting, glue can
be added to fix the edges around the edges. Attention: When installed outdoors,
waterproof light sources need to be used. Wooden blocks can be replaced with steel
pipes. When the pasting height is more than 3 meters, screws/air nail guns need
to be added to fix the corners (which will affect the appearance). After fixing,repair with repair agent. When the height is above 3 meters, the edges of the shape need
to be reinforced with walls/steel plates.
